BOWES DOUBLE DRY and DAS BRAU Awarded in Colorado

LAVAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 17, 2013) -

It is through the Denver International Beer Competition that Brew Alliance can add two (2) new medals to its honor roll. Thus, BOWES DOUBLE DRY won the silver medal in the American Wheat Ale or Lager, while DAS BRAÜ won the bronze medal in the German Pilsner category.

Regarding the competition's specific scoring system, only Bowes Double Dry and Das Braü won a medal in their respective categories. No other beer was qualified.

The 4th Edition of the Denver International Beer Competition was held in Broomfield, Colorado on April 13th and 14th. The competition sponsored by Wine Country Network was composed of fifteen (15) certified judges who conducted the tasting of more than 180 beers. Of these 180 entries, 95 medals were awarded in 48 different categories.
