BPS Resolver Announces Expanded Partnership With CRSTL SOLUTIONS

Agreement propels BPS Resolver toward goal of being the leading Subscription Compliance Content Provider in the GRC arena.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 26, 2010) - BPS Resolver, a leading Governance, Risk and Compliance software provider, announced a partnership with CRSTL that will allow them to supply customers with legal and regulatory content on a subscription basis.

"We are very excited to be expanding our existing partnership with CRSTL," said CEO Steve Taylor. "Our goal is to be the only content agnostic supplier in the GRC space. That means we can provide any legal or regulatory content, from ANY source."

The Resolver CEO indicated that, increasingly, clients are looking for more than just assessment, program management and workflow capabilities. Content needs to be imbedded in the system and updated in a timely and accurate manner. Content in the BPS Resolver system is translated to 'business language' so it is easily understood by non-legal staff inside the company.

Felicia Salomon, President and CEO of CRSTL said, "We see this as a great opportunity to expand our reach in terms of supplying regulatory content to Banks, Credit Unions, Trusts, Insurance Companies and Publically Listed companies both in Canada and the US. And with BPS Resolver, we have a proven track record of successful implementations."

The integrated solution allows companies to both understand the legal and regulatory requirements they face, self assess their level of compliance and report to any internal or third party stakeholders. While the company intends to build on the list, BPS Resolver is currently providing updated subscription-based content for the following:

· Privacy, Anti-Money Laundering, Banks, Insurance Companies, Reinsurers, Trust and Loan Companies – Canadian Federal and Provincial requirements, TSX listed Companies, Venture Exchange, Sarbanes Oxley, US Securities requirements, NYSE, NASDAQ and Amex listed Companies.
· Rest of List

"As a newly licensed bank in Canada, the combination of CRSTL content and Resolver's GRC platform allowed us to quickly and efficiently set up a customized tool to effectively manage our compliance and reporting requirements," said Celia Cuthbertson, Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of HomeQ.
