Brad Anderson Joins AisleBuyer's Advisory Board

Former Best Buy CEO Brings More Than 35 Years Retail Experience to the Board

BOSTON, MA--(Marketwire - Jul 12, 2011) - AisleBuyer LLC, the leader in mobile self-checkout, announced today that Brad Anderson, former CEO of Best Buy, has joined its advisory board. As a member of AisleBuyer's advisory board, Anderson will provide strategic guidance on market dynamics, company strategy and product vision.

During his more than 35-year career at Best Buy, Anderson served as CEO from 2002 to 2009. During his tenure, Best Buy's revenue more than doubled to $40 billion annually and profits grew at nearly a 17 percent annual rate. Throughout this period, Anderson oversaw Best Buy's growth into new markets, including Asia, Europe and Latin America. He also served as president and COO of Best Buy from 1991 to 2002. Anderson recently stepped down as the company's vice-chairman in 2010.

Anderson is currently a member of General Mills' board of directors.
