Brampton Brick Limited Announces Election of Directors

BRAMPTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 24, 2015) - Brampton Brick Limited (the "Corporation") (TSX:BBL.A) is pleased to announce that all of the director nominees listed in the management information circular dated March 24, 2015 (the "Circular") for the annual meeting of shareholders (the "Meeting") held May 28, 2015 have been elected as directors of the Corporation.

All other matters set out in the Circular were approved by a majority of the shareholders at the Meeting.
