Brandywine Realty Trust Announces Fourth Quarter 2007 Dividends

RADNOR, PA--(Marketwire - December 11, 2007) - Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend for the fourth quarter of 2007 of $0.44 per common share, payable on January 18, 2008 to holders of record on January 4, 2008. The Board of Trustees also declared dividends for the fourth quarter of 2007 of $0.46875 and $0.460938 for the 7.50% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares and 7.375% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, respectively, each payable on January 15, 2008 to holders of record on December 30, 2007 of the Series C and Series D Preferred Shares.
