Brandywine Realty Trust Announces Third Quarter 2008 Dividends and Sets Third Quarter 2008 Earnings Release and Conference Call

RADNOR, PA--(Marketwire - September 17, 2008) - Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend for the third quarter of 2008 of $0.44 per common share, payable on October 17, 2008 to holders of record on October 3, 2008. The Board of Trustees also declared dividends for the third quarter of 2008 of $0.46875 and $0.460938 for the 7.50% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares and 7.375% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Shares, respectively, each payable on October 15, 2008 to holders of record on September 30, 2008 of the Series C and Series D Preferred Shares.

The Company will release its third quarter earnings after the market close on Wednesday, November 5, 2008, and will hold its third quarter conference call on Thursday, November 6, 2008, at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
