Mike Motta is the founder and former President, CEO and Chairman of Plus One Health Management, Inc. Acquired by Optum of the United Health Group last August, Plus One designs, develops, programs, staffs and manages corporate wellness facilities in over 200 locations across 28 States. Mike's experience as an entrepreneur in the health, fitness and wellness industry directly influences his passion for staff leadership, personnel coaching/development, technology innovation, personal training and corporate wellness. He is currently a Member of The Dean's Advisory Board for The School of Public Health at The University of Massachusetts, a Member of the Board of Directors for Health Promotion Advocates, and a former Board Member of International Health and Racquet Sports Association (IHRSA) where he was the 2010 recipient of IHRSA's Dale S. Dibble Distinguished Service Award.
