Brazil Interactive Media Adds Industry Veterans to Senior Management Team

MIAMI, FL--(Marketwired - Oct 18, 2013) -   Brazil Interactive Media, Inc. (OTCQB: BIMI) (the "Company" or "BIM"), a Brazil-based, interactive TV entertainment, production and broadcasting company, today announced the addition of several new key members to its senior management team.

Daniel Luiz Kaestli was appointed head of the Company's primary Brazilian operating subsidiary, EsoTV, Ltda. Mr. Kaestli now oversees the Company's day to day operations including broadcasting, media negotiations, administration, finance, and personnel at EsoTV. He will also serve on Brazil Interactive Media's management committee and advise on strategic planning. His past experience includes tenure as CEO of the Watermelon Group, Brazil's largest VAS Integrator and Executive Manager for TV SBT, Brazil's largest provider of interactive connectivity. He has also served in various management capacities with RBS Group, Brazilian telecommunications giant Claro S.A. and Springer Carrier S.A., a subsidiary of Midea Group. His work has resulted in winning prestigious industry awards such as "Tela Viva Móvel Award" (2009, 2011). Mr. Kaestli earned an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Gama Filho, Rio Janeiro and MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pontificia Universidade Catolica, Rio Grande do Sul.

Brazil Interactive Media also announced that Gilberto Latoreira has been appointed Content Director EsoTV Ltda. His responsibilities include directing new product development and production supervision of the Company's daily, live television programming. Mr. Lattoeira has more than 20 years' experience in the Brazilian television industry as creative director, director, editor, television host and journalist for a wide variety of Brazilian broadcasting companies including; Rede Brasil, Rede Globo, SBT, TV da Gente, Canal de São Paulo, and TV Corinthians. He has degrees in Business Administration and Journalism from the São Judas Tadeu University in São Paulo, Brazil.
