Jonathan Dorton Joins BreakingPoint as CFO With More Than 15 Years of Experience at High Growth Network Technology and Service Provider Organizations

AUSTIN, TX--(Marketwire - September 10, 2009) - BreakingPoint announced today the appointment of Jonathan Dorton as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Dorton joins BreakingPoint with more than 15 years of experience in various finance roles, most recently as CFO of FundsXpress Financial Network, an ASP that provided a full suite of outsourced Internet based network services. During his tenure at FundsExpress, Dorton witnessed the dynamic needs of today's data infrastructure and how critical realistic network simulation is to ensuring network security, integrity and overall resiliency. At BreakingPoint Dorton will be responsible for all finance, accounting, human resources and compliance functions. A critical role for a company realizing 285% revenue growth quarter over quarter and continuing its aggressive plans for expansion.
