Breast Cancer. In Loving Memory.

A new blog service for men who have lost a loved one to breast cancer.

Attention: Books Editor, City Editor, Lifestyle Editor, Media Editor, News Editor TORONTO, ONTARIO, MEDIA ADVISORY--(Marketwire - Sept. 7, 2010) - With Breast Cancer Awareness Month approaching, a new blog service, has been launched to provide a place for men, who have lost a loved one, to express their thoughts and feelings.

Established by Alan L. Simons, the author of the book "Eighteen Months - A Love Story Interrupted," the primary aim of the blog is to allow men to share their personal stories of love, compassion, frustration and support through this medium.

Simons says, "Much has been written by women for women on the subject of breast cancer, but there is not much available for men who have lost their partner to breast cancer." He added, "To this day I have many questions about my own relationship with my partner that I have difficulty in answering. There have been many times that I've been asked to explain why I so readily agreed to embrace a relationship that was thwarted in terminality."

"Breast Cancer. In Loving Memory" is designed to help men deal with their emotions and their loss and their need for support, especially at this time of year.
