Lifetime Launches PSA Campaign Featuring Project Runway's Tim Gunn

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - October 02, 2015) - The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF), the nation's highest rated breast cancer organization, and Lifetime, the premier female-focused entertainment destination, have teamed up once again to turn breast cancer awareness into tangible action by funding research through BCRF's #BeTheEnd campaign platform. BCRF's #BeTheEnd campaign is built on the belief that research will bring an end to cancer and everyone has the power to play a role in eradicating the disease.

Lifetime will be supporting BCRF's #BeTheEnd campaign through a number of activations including a public service announcement featuring Tim Gunn, co-host and mentor of the Emmy®-nominated Project Runway(#ProjectRunway) show now in its 14th season. The PSA will run across Lifetime's broadcast and digital channels. Project Runway fans will have a unique opportunity to support the #BeTheEnd campaign by bidding on a beautiful, one-of-a-kind handmade quilt by designers from past seasons of Project Runway on Charity Buzz with 100% of the winning bid benefitting BCRF. Lifetime has further solidified it support of BCRF through the foundation's annual luncheon and symposium honoring designer and BCRF board member Tory Burch on October 29 at the Waldorf Astoria.
