Forensic Accounting and Economic Damages Expert Wiley R. Wright Joins in DC


EMERYVILLE, CA--(Marketwired - February 25, 2015) - Berkeley Research Group has added Wiley R. Wright, III, CPA, as a managing director in the Global Construction practice, based in Washington, DC. Mr. Wright, who specializes in expert witness, economic damage analysis, and forensic accounting services to governmental agencies, private law firms, construction contractors, and government contractors, joins DC construction experts Charles Choyce, Jr. and Mark Baker and an international team of more than 40 professionals.

These services include damage claim preparation and analysis, evaluations of costs and activities and their consistency with the National Contingency Plan, indirect cost methodology development, piercing the corporate veil analysis, fraudulent conveyance analysis, ability to pay determinations, and fraud investigations. Examples of Mr. Wright's Superfund experience includes expert testimony services for Love Canal, Stringfellow, McColl, San Fernando Valley, TDY Industries, Miami Dade International Airport, Charles George Trucking, Fox River, Evansville Greenway, Burlington Northern, City and County of Denver, Rocky Mountain Arsenal, Rocky Flats, Libby, Montrose-Palos Verdes, Summitville, and Bunker Hill. He also provides similar environmental services to private entities and law firms, with the addition of preparation of mixed-funding claims for potentially responsible parties.
