EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 10, 2011) - Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem") (TSX:BRY), a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids, steel pipe and piping products announced today that Mr. Brian Campbell will be retiring as President of Bri-Chem's fluids division subsidiaries, Bri-Chem Supply Ltd. and Sodium Solutions Inc., effective November 14, 2011, at which time Mr. Trent Abraham, former General Manager of Bri-Chem's fluid division will be appointed to the role and responsibilities of President.
Mr. Campbell commented: "I have had a wonderful career working with the Bri-Chem team, and I am proud of our achievements in creating what Bri-Chem is today. I will be leaving Bri-Chem on a day to day basis to enter retirement, however, I will be continuing as a member of the Bri-Chem Board of Directors, and look forward to working with Mr. Abraham."

Additionally, Bri-Chem announces that Mr. Alan Campbell has resigned from the Board of Directors due to personal health reasons. Mr. Campbell has served as a director of Bri-Chem since 2007.
