Bri-Chem Expands Warehouse and Transportation Operation in USA

Bri-Chem Corp. ("Bri-Chem" or "Company") (TSX:BRY) a leading North American wholesale distributor and manufacturer of oil and gas drilling fluids, steel pipe and piping products is pleased to announce that it has further expanded its footprint in the USA drilling fluids market by adding three new strategically located warehouses for distribution of drilling fluid products and stimulation additives to the USA oil and gas industry. The new warehouses are located in Bakersfield, California, Casper, Wyoming and Myton, Utah. Bri-Chem now has a total of seven warehouse locations in the USA to service its growing customer base positioned in the unconventional resource plays located throughout the USA.

In addition, Bri-Chem has added four new trucks to its transportation division to increase its fleet to a total of ten trucks. The warehouse expansion and addition of trucks is strategically aligned with Bri-Chem's business plan to pursue growth opportunities in the USA and create a national wholesale drilling fluid distribution network to service the increasing demand from independent oil and gas drilling contractors.
