Brick Brewing Announces Peter Anderson's Resignation From the Brick Brewing Board


KITCHENER, ON--(Marketwired - April 13, 2016) -  Brick Brewing Co. Limited ("Brick" or the "Company") (TSX: BRB), Ontario's largest Canadian-owned brewery, today announced that Peter Anderson has notified the Brick Board that he will be resigning from the board, effective May 1, 2016.

George Croft, President and Chief Executive Officer at Brick noted, "Although Peter has only been on the board a short time, we've come to very much appreciate his thoughtfulness and insight. He has shown himself to be an influential board member, and has been helpful to our management team as we have managed through a number of changes in the last year. David Shaw will replace Mr. Anderson as a member of the Audit Committee, while Ed Kernaghan will join the Nominating and Governance Committee. The board has elected not to pursue an immediate replacement for Mr. Anderson, but will instead operate with the board reduced from seven members to six.
