Bridge International Communications to Expand Service To Ukraine

SALEM, Mass.--(CCNMatthews - Sep 12, 2005) -

Additional discussions on the sale of software services and network management to follow the opening of direct operations with the government agency in Ukraine.

Bridge International Communications Services, Inc. announced today that it has successfully negotiated an agreement for the exchange of International voice and data traffic to Ukraine with the national telecommunications carrier JSC Ukrtelecom.

The Agreement provides for the exchange of traffic between the United States and Ukraine and to the countries the two parties currently serve.

Ukrtelecom provides more than 9 million subscribers with a wide range of telecommunication services and has applied for 3G mobile.

In addition to the Agreement, both parties have expanded discussions to include the provision by Bridge of new Network Management software systems to increase Ukrtelecom's network efficiencies, improve service and reduce costs.

"Ukraine is one of the most dynamic markets in Europe today. It had the fastest growing GDP in Europe last year, and ranks 6th in all of Europe in terms of population. This agreement paves the way for Bridge to be a part of the modernization of the vast telecommunications infrastructure in that country." said Patrick Greenish, President of Bridge.
