Broadband Learning Corporation Grants Options

SALT LAKE CITY, UTAH--(CCNMatthews - April 23, 2007) - Broadband Learning Corporation ("Broadband Learning") (TSX VENTURE:BLC), a leader in distance learning, announced the following option grants to new CEO and selected directors.

Philip Westfall,Director 100,000
Chet Linton, Director 150,000
Robert Dameron, CEO 750,000
Total 1,000,000

All of these 1,000,000 options were issued on the following terms: an exercise price of $0.10 per share, expiry 5 years after the date of grant, and subject to vesting conditions. Following this option grant, a total of 316,704 options remain unissued and reserved for future issue.
