BroadHop Appoints Andrew M. Murray as Chief Financial Officer

Industry Veteran Joins Management Team Focused on Innovation and Growth Initiatives

DENVER, CO--(Marketwire - Feb 7, 2012) - BroadHop, Inc., the leader in next generation policy control platforms for telecom operators, today announced it has appointed Andrew M. Murray as Chief Financial Officer. Murray will lead BroadHop's financial operations, strategic funding, and growth strategy to support the significant market traction the company is generating with its next generation policy management solution, The Quantum Network Suite™.

Murray will serve on the management team and report to Bill Diotte, president and CEO of BroadHop, Inc.

In his most recent role, Murray was executive vice president and chief financial officer of Valen Technologies, where he focused on all financial functions, legal relationships, human resources, investor relations, and office administration for the company. Prior to joining Valen, Murray held CFO roles at HomeSphere, Inc., VisionAir and SignalSoft Corporation. While with VisionAir, Murray raised $8 million of Equity and Debt. At SignalSoft, Murray raised more than $120 million including a successful IPO, helping grow SignalSoft from 40 to over 280 employees across the globe. He facilitated the sale of SignalSoft to Openwave Systems Inc.

Murray has held management positions at Dynamic Information Systems Corporation, Murray Equipment Company and AT&T Communications. Murray serves on the board of directors of Bellco Credit Union and Baseline Engineering and is a Certified Management Accountant.
