Brompton Resource Fund Announces Early Conversion of 2013 Series Shares

(FUND CODES: CAM 151, CAM 113, CAM 114, CAM 115 and CAM 116) Brompton Resource Fund (the "Fund") announces that its board of directors has approved amending the share terms of the 2013N Series Shares (Fund Code: CAM 113), the 2013Q Series Shares (Fund Code: CAM 114) 2013(II)N Series Shares (Fund Code: CAM 115) and the 2013(II)Q Series Shares (Fund Code: CAM 116) to allow such shares to be converted into Series B Shares of the Fund (Fund Code: CAM 151) at the end of day on March 4, 2013.
