Brookfield Office Properties Announces Upsizing of C$125 Million of Senior Notes to C$150 Million

Brookfield Office Properties Inc. (TSX:BPO)(NYSE:BPO) is pleased to announce that as a result of strong investor demand the size of the offering of senior notes (unsecured) ("notes") with an April 16, 2018 maturity date and a yield of 4.00% announced earlier today has been increased to C$150 million from C$125 million. The offering is being underwritten by a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and Scotiabank.

The notes have been given provisional ratings of BBB (high) (stable) by DBRS and BBB- by Standard & Poor's.

The net proceeds of the issue will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repayment of indebtedness.
