Brookfield Renewable Power's Golf Tournament Raises $325,000 for Children in the Region

GATINEAU, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - June 20, 2011) - Brookfield Renewable Power proudly presented five cheques for $65,000 each to the Alexandre Picard Ominum, the Social Pediatric Centre of Gatineau, the Franco- Ontarian Society for Autism, Trait d'Union Outaouais, and the Mathis Dumais-Dontigny Foundation, in support of children in the Ottawa-Gatineau region. The company held its 7th annual golf tournament last Friday at Le Chateau Montebello Golf Club in Montebello, Québec.
