("Lehman Brothers") a three month, $100 million note on or about July 9, 2008, when Lehman Brothers, which guaranteed the note, was under severe financial distress and that as a result of the loss on that investment, the Company's positive statements regarding it future prospects were unfounded. According to the complaint, on November 12, 2008, after the Company revealed that it would write off the $100 million investment, the value of JA Solar's stock declined significantly.
