Bruce Jamerson appointed to Ensyn's Board of Directors

NEW YORK, NEW YORK--(Marketwired - June 8, 2015) - Dr. Robert Graham, Chairman and CEO of Ensyn Corporation, is pleased to announce that Bruce A. Jamerson has joined Ensyn's Board of Directors. Mr. Jamerson will represent Ensyn's Preferred A shareholders, replacing Governor Bill Weld. Governor Weld will continue to serve on the Board, having been elected to do so by Ensyn's shareholders in the last Annual General Meeting.

Bruce Jamerson brings a wealth of experience to Ensyn in energy, agriculture and finance. He served as Chairman and CEO of Mascoma Corporation, a producer of industrial yeasts and microorganisms for renewable fuels and chemicals, and was President and a Board member of ethanol producer VeraSun Energy Corporation. Bruce is currently President of Conifer Investments, LLC, a strategic advisory firm, and holds Board positions with Benson Hill Biosystems, an agricultural biotech company and Novita LLC, an animal protein nutrition company. Mr. Jamerson has a banking background, having worked in New York with The First Boston Corporation (now Credit Suisse) and Citibank. Mr. Jamerson earned a M.S. degree from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a B.G.S degree from the University of Michigan.

Governor Bill Weld has been a member of Ensyn's Board since August 2013. Governor Weld, a two-term former Governor of the State of Massachusetts, is Principal of ML Strategies, where he provides clients with advice and counsel related to domestic and international government strategies and international business transactions. Governor Weld has practiced law in New York and Washington, DC and served as Assistant US Attorney General in charge of the Criminal Division of the Justice Department in Washington and as a US Attorney for Massachusetts. Governor Weld has BA and JD degrees from Harvard and completed post-graduate economics studies at Oxford University in England.

Ensyn is a leader in the production of cellulosic liquid biofuels produced from wood residues and other non-food woody biomass. Ensyn has more than 25 years of commercial operations and has produced more than 40 million gallons of liquid fuels and chemicals from wood residues. Ensyn's RFO™, produced from non-food biomass residues, is a heating fuel and is also a renewable feedstock for refineries for the production of spec gasoline and diesel. Ensyn owns and operates a three million gallon/year RFO production facility in Renfrew, Ontario. Additional RFO production capacity is under development in Aracruz, Brazil and at other projects in Canada and the US. Ensyn is executing its business plan in conjunction with key strategic relationships, including UOP, a Honeywell company, Fibria Celulose SA and Chevron Technology Ventures.
