Bryan Flanagan, Director of Training for Zig Ziglar, to Teach Sales Skills at American Marketing Association Mastering Sales Seminar, May 23, Irving, TX

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - May 15, 2008) - Nationally renowned speaker, author and sales trainer, Bryan Flanagan, Director of Corporate Training, Zig Ziglar Training Systems, will teach professional sales skills at a seminar titled "Timid Salespeople Have Skinny Kids" on Friday, May 23, from 8-10AM at the La Cima Club, 26th Floor, Williams Square, Irving, TX.

In an engaging and highly interactive program, Bryan will offer insights to help sales, marketing and business professionals to have more confidence working with clients, to understand the key differences between refusal and rejection, and outline several key essentials for sales success.

Fourteen years separated Bryan Flanagan from his meager beginnings as a delivery boy at IBM and his first introduction to Zig Ziglar in 1984 as a gifted, polished speaker and trainer. Bryan's career with IBM saw him advance through sales and management using material he learned from Zig's first book. It was so effective that he decided he wanted to be associated with the man who had helped him achieve success.

"We're excited to have a world-class speaker and trainer in Bryan Flanagan participate in our Mastering Sales Series," said Jim Dawson, Past-President, American Marketing Association, Dallas-Fort Worth. "Not only does Bryan bring a wealth of knowledge, experience, and know-how to the training process, but having been in sales himself, he's able to offer insights that are not only practical, but easily implemented as well."

The AMA Mastering Sales Series™ is designed to help sales and marketing professionals get the training and knowledge they need to be more successful whether they're selling full-time, managing a sales team, or responsible for sales and marketing in their organization.
