BTI Systems Strengthens Cloud Networking Marketing and Sales Teams With New Executive Hires

Former ACG Research Managing Partner Eve Griliches and Telecommunications Executive Jim Hintze Add Significant Expertise to Drive Market Expansion

OTTAWA and BOSTON, MA--(Marketwired - Apr 29, 2013) - BTI Systems, the software and networking leader empowering content and service providers to capitalize on trends in cloud services, mobility and Internet video, today announced the addition of experienced industry professionals Eve Griliches and Jim Hintze to the BTI marketing and sales teams, focused on its strategic cloud and data center initiatives.

Eve Griliches was most recently a managing partner at ACG Research, leading global research on the telecommunications industry. In her new role as BTI's director of solutions marketing, she will leverage her considerable market expertise and experience to increase awareness and demand for BTI's cloud and data center offerings. Prior to ACG, Griliches was program director for the Telecommunications Equipment Group at IDC. Earlier senior positions were in product management for organizations that included Ericsson, Nortel, and Bay Networks/Wellfleet. 

Responding to dramatically increased solution and channel partner interest, BTI has added senior executive Jim Hintze, who joins as vice president, business development. Hintze is focused on expanding partners and new customers for BTI's cloud networking and data center interconnect solutions, including the recently announced Intelligent Cloud Connect platform. Hintze brings considerable experience in managing sales organizations at Fortune 500 companies, driving new channels and increasing business across industries. Hintze has held senior management positions at companies that include Frontier Communications, Fujitsu Network Communications and AT&T.
