Joseph J. Reilly (Washington, DC) represents corporate and individual clients in federal and state enforcement actions, investigations and examinations, as well as in private civil and class action lawsuits. He also advises financial institutions, nonbank lenders, mortgage insurers and others on regulatory matters involving federal and state consumer financial services law.
