Budget Center Inc. Arranges $400,000 Financing to Market and Launch Its Budget Brand Travel Sites

LAS VEGAS, NV--(Marketwire - January 11, 2011) - Budget Center Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BDGN) (the "Company) announces that it has agreed to terms for up to $400,000 in financing, which will enable the Company to continue to develop and market its existing travel sites www.budgethotels.com and www.budgetravel.com, and launch its other Budget brand URL's.

Upon closing of the financing, the Company will be well positioned to execute its business plan by completing the roll out of its Budget brand family of travel orientated sites. During fiscal Q4 in 2010, the Company, in cooperation with Internet Marketing Inc., completed a rigorous research and analysis of the existing traffic to its budgethotels.com site and is now poised to launch a strategic and aggressive marketing program based on its findings. The marketing plan will include cost effective search engine optimization, social media, and other organic strategies designed to popularize its "Budget" brand of sites.
