Buffalo Coal Corp.: Corporate Update

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - July 4, 2016) - Buffalo Coal Corp. (TSX VENTURE:BUF) (JSE:BUC) ("Buffalo" or "the Company") announces the resignation of Mr. John Wallington from its Board of Directors ("the Board") with effect from July 3, 2016.

Mr. Wallington has regretfully tendered his resignation from the Board due to a conflict of interest with other business interests.

The Board would like to thank Mr. Wallington for his valued contribution to the Company and wishes him success in his future endeavors.
