Building Primary Care Teams That Involve Patients and the Community, a Focus for the 2012 Accelerating Primary Care Conference in Banff

BANFF, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 14, 2012) - Members of the media are invited to attend the Accelerating Primary Care Conference hosted by the Alberta Primary Care Initiative on Sunday evening, Monday and Tuesday, November 18, 19, 20 2012.

WHAT: Experts in primary care from Alberta, Canada and other countries around the world discuss the challenges to primary care delivery. Presentations, panels and posters examine effective measurement and achievable strategies as well as describe the vision for the future of primary care in Canada. Local expertise is highlighted and then balanced by experts from other countries to challenge current thinking and present other opportunities.
