Monastero as Executive Vice President of The Buller Group and President of its Cleared Human Capital Solutions business unit. As President, Mr. Monastero will focus his expertise on integrating and customizing the business unit's two primary services, security-clearance recruiting and subcontracting, to support critical intelligence, cybersecurity and defense initiatives.

Mr. Monastero brings with him more than thirty years of experience in professional services, serving most recently as an Advisory Principal with Ernst & Young. Over his impressive professional career, Mr. Monastero's prior positions have included Managing Director in the global turnaround and restructuring firm AlixPartners, LLP; Executive Vice President and Chief Human Capital Officer for the global management and technology consulting firm BearingPoint, Inc.; Global Life Sciences Consulting Partner with KPMG Consulting, Inc.; and e-business Partner with KPMG, LLP.
From 2004 to 2009, Mr. Monastero was an adjunct professor on the faculty of the Villanova University School of Business, where he co-authored and taught an MBA-level course in business technology management. Since 2009, he has served on the Board of Directors of Breastcancer.org, the world's largest and most reputable social media resource for breast health and breast cancer prevention and care, and was elected Chairman of the Board in 2011.
Mr. Monastero received his Master of Business Administration in Finance and International Business from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Logistics from Pennsylvania State University. He has also received executive level education in Leading Professional Services Firms, Managing Human Capital, and Governing Social Enterprises from the Harvard Business School.
