Burnham Benefits Welcomes Ann Stawicki as Its Newest Senior Account Executive

Stawicki Brings More Than 20 years of Healthcare Experience to Her New Position at the Southern California Employee Benefits Firm

IRVINE, CA--(Marketwire - Aug 7, 2012) - Burnham Benefits Insurance Services, one of the largest employee benefits brokerages in Southern California and one of the few to specialize solely in strategic employee benefits consulting and brokerage services, has welcomed Ann Stawicki to its team of industry experts. Stawicki's extensive knowledge within the healthcare delivery industry will bring an insider's perspective to her new role as senior account executive. 

Burnham Benefits will look to Stawicki to consult with clients to develop and execute their employee benefits plans, communicate benefit value and best practices, and maximize results through informed and effective decision-making.

Prior to joining Burnham Benefits, Stawicki spent 15 years in healthcare administration, in leadership positions. Her previous roles include the director of centers of excellence business development and community outreach, director of product line marketing, and managed care contracting with Hoag Hospital. Most recently, Stawicki served as the vice president of benefits consulting with USI Insurance Services. Stawicki knows first-hand how medical care is rendered and is an expert in employer wellness plans, outsourcing benefits administration and employee communications.

Stawicki began her career as a grassroots health educator in areas including women's health, nutrition, HIV and smoking prevention. Her credentials, combined with her passion for enabling individuals to take control of their health, make her invaluable to C-suite executives who wish to craft comprehensive health and wellness plans to achieve company strategic goals.

Stawicki holds a Master of Public Health degree in Health Services Administration as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from San Diego State University. A native Southern Californian, Stawicki is actively involved in the community, and is past chair of the Irvine Chamber of Commerce, a board member at Community Service programs and an Advisory Committee member at the Waldorf School of Orange County.
