Representatives from the Burns & McDonnell New England Office will discuss the range of project control and information management services that have been used on Central Maine Power's $1.4 billion Maine Power Reliability Program. Under this contract, a team of Burns & McDonnell project managers, engineers, information management specialists, project controls specialists, real estate specialists, environmental specialists, siting and permitting specialists, and community relations specialists have utilized this Primavera-based suite of project controls software, processes and tools to develop, implement and maintain a project cost, schedule and risk management program.
