"Business and Beyond" Initial Airing Dates for HQ Sustainable Maritime Industries, Inc.

DEERFIELD BEACH, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- November 8, 2006 -- Platinum Television Group and HQ Sustainable Maritime Industries, Inc. (OTCBB: HQSM) today announced that HQSM has begun appearing in the Platinum Television Group's educational series, "Business & Beyond." In programs that air in major television markets in the United States, "Business & Beyond" calls attention to HQSM in a segment on "Toxin free aquaculture," part of its Models of Excellence feature.

Highlighted in the series is HQ's toxin-free vertically integrated Tilapia business. The series also touches on increased concerns regarding toxins in ocean-sourced products and the solutions that HQ's farmed product can provide.
