Business Aviation Attorney Stewart Lapayowker to Introduce Speakers at the 2014 National Business Aviation Association Tax, Regulatory & Risk Management Conference

FT. LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwired - October 15, 2014) - In his role as Chair of The National Business Aviation Association's (NBAA) Tax Committee, Fort Lauderdale business aviation attorney Stewart Lapayowker will be introducing the distinguished speakers of the NBAA Tax, Regulatory and Risk Management Conference. The conference takes place October 19-20 at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, immediately preceding the annual NBAA Convention.

New this year, the conference will include interactive panel discussions on navigating the Federal Aviation Regulations, understanding federal income tax issues and implementing documentation strategies. These sessions will lay the groundwork for detailed break-out discussions of key topics throughout the two-day event.

There are a total of eight breakout sessions available for attendees on topics ranging from aircraft leasing and financing to federal excise taxes. The Tax Committee focuses on educating NBAA membership regarding evolving regulations and other issues affecting business aircraft owners and operators. Attendees will earn a maximum of 16 hours of CPE credit for this conference. The NBAA will provide attorneys with an attendance confirmation letter to support their application for CLE credit in their respective states.
