Business in Vancouver Names Shahrzad Rafati CEO of the Year

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Oct. 15, 2013) - Shahrzad Rafati, Founder & CEO of BroadbandTV has been named 2013 CEO of the Year in the Small Private Company category by Business in Vancouver for her leadership and excellence in B.C'.s business community.
