"Business Matters" Special Episode on Gwinnett Business RadioX

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - May 21, 2015) - On April 21, 2015, Steve Damerow hosted the inaugural episode of "Business Matters," a monthly segment on Gwinnett Business Radio that talks with business leaders who view sales and marketing challenges as nothing more than opportunities. "Business Matters" sets out to embrace American initiative and exceptionalism and explore how companies go to market within their own unique distribution chains.

Damerow is founder and CEO of Incentive Solutions, a 21-year-old debt-free, employee-managed incentive marketing agency that uses the “cloud” and mobile apps to manage and communicate sales incentives to in-house employees, distributor/dealer/value added resellers utilizing distinct reward vehicles. Incentive Solutions is an Inc. 5000 company, voted “Best & Brightest Place to Work Atlanta” two consecutive years, and BBB++ rated.

Joining Damerow in the studio was Lawrence Constantin, Director of Sales and Marketing-Americas for Saint-Gobain Solar Gard. Headquartered in San Diego, CA, Solar Gard makes industry leading architectural and automotive window films, photovoltaics and custom coatings. A division of Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics, a subsidiary of Saint-Gobain, the world leader in the habitat and construction markets, Solar Gard’s architectural solar control window films are proven carbon negative and reduce global greenhouse gas emissions.

Adding to the discussion was Gary Childress, National Sales Manager with Honda Marine. Headquartered in Alpharetta, GA, Honda Marine distributes a full line of four-stroke marine engines ranging from 2 to 250 horsepower. Honda was among the first manufacturers to offer 4-stroke outboards in America, and the first to offer a full line of lightweight 4-stroke outboards.

Rounding out the conversation was Mike Smith, Senior Marketing Manager at Mitsubishi Electric, creators of factory automation equipment, automotive equipment, escalators, elevators, heating and cooling products, commercial hand dryers, large-scale video displays for stadiums and arenas, uninterruptible power supplies, solar panels, semiconductors, display walls, photographic and thermal printers, and electric utility products.
