Sapp brings rich management experience to DTI, having held numerous leadership and senior operations roles with leading services organizations. In those roles, he effectively introduced operating procedures and process controls that enabled rapid growth and unprecedented client satisfaction levels. Sapp has a proven track record of devising and overseeing groundbreaking outsourcing solutions for the institutional banking, health care and legal sectors. He is also a former United States Coast Guardsman and a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.
