Butler Adds New Pro/E Training Curriculum to Add Client Value

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 28, 2005 -- Butler International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BUTLE) announced today that it has added a new Pro/ENGINEER (Pro/E) web-based training program to its curriculum to provide Butler employees the skills to utilize Pro/E most effectively. Well trained Pro/E users add value to Butler's clients by completing projects accurately and in less time.

The new training system is CADTRAIN's COACH/LMS, a system that will enable Butler's employees to access CADTRAIN's complete library of e-Learning for Pro/E. In addition, Butler is able to add their own best practices and standards so that employees are consistently applying the best Pro/E methodology on all their client projects. COACH/LMS also enables Butler to add client-specific training and custom assessments so that projects are completed according to the client's Pro/E best practices.

"Butler is an organization that is committed to employee development. We believe that by training our employees in the latest technologies, we are able to offer the best value proposition to our customers. COACH/LMS will enable us to maximize our investment in PTC's Pro/ENGINEER," commented Edward M. Kopko, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Butler International, Inc.

Using COACH/LMS, Butler employees will have access to more than 800 hours of modular e-Learning in more than 2,500 topics. The training can be accessed 24/7 from any computer, anywhere.

"CADTRAIN is very pleased to welcome Butler International into our Global Partner Program," noted Dave Cohen, Vice President of CADTRAIN.
