Butler International Completes Sale of Montvale, NJ Office Building

Proceeds Reduce Company Debt by 17%

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL--(Marketwire - March 10, 2008) - Butler International, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BUTL) announced today that it has successfully closed the sale of its Montvale, NJ office building. Subject to final adjustments of transaction fees, the sale of the building for approximately book value, will result in a debt reduction of about $10 million from $58.3 million at December 31, 2007 to $48.3 million on a pro forma basis. Additionally, Butler has retained rights to approximately six acres of undeveloped land, for which the company is actively pursuing sale options.
