Butler International Employees Present at PTC/USER World Event

MONTVALE, NJ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- June 7, 2005 -- Butler International, Inc. (NASDAQ: BUTLE) announced today that Butler employees: Kelly Moyes, Director of Engineering and Dr. Roberto Temur, Systems Analyst, presented a presentation titled: "Improving Your Models and Design Skills by Resolving Regeneration Failures Thru Model Validation" at the PTC/USER World Event in Orlando, Florida.

"Butler is a learning organization. We pride ourselves on our ability to add value to our clients through our subject matter expertise. We are pleased to be selected to share our knowledge with such a high-level audience at the PTC/USER World Event," commented Edward M. Kopko, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Butler International, Inc.

The presentation covers the pitfalls involved with the modification of models to improve design and the underlying problems and how they can ultimately lead to regeneration failures. The presentation proposes a "Resolve Mode Workflow" which when applied, results in a more robust model. Once the model regenerates successfully, it is then analyzed using ModelCheck for proper modeling techniques. In addition, the presentation covers how to use ModelCheck results to improve the user's Pro/Engineer (Pro/E) skills through Design Advisor (engineering rules) or MC Teacher (errors and warnings).
