Nayan Padrai, President of CineMaya Media Group states, "Indians in the USA and Canada remitted over $27 billion USD to India in 2007. A significant portion of this remittance goes towards property purchases in India by NRIs (Non-Resident Indians). We have created Buy Indian Properties service as an end-to-end solution for Indian property buyers from North America and sellers for exchange of information through our website and magazine, interaction at our exhibitions, and marketing representation of some of the biggest builders in India. Our platform brought some of the biggest builders of India to North America for the first time such as TATA Housing, Lodha Group, Venus Infrastructure, and Arihant."

Leading media across North America, including Business New Network in Toronto, Hum Tum City Radio in Houston, TV Asia television channel across USA, and DHOOM FM radio in New Jersey hailed the launch of Buy Indian Properties service by CineMaya Media Group as a ground-breaking initiative for the booming real estate market in India.

Buy Indian Properties Magazine has received subscription requests from across the world, and has been highly appreciated by readers and the real estate industry in India. The next quarterly issue of Buy Indian Properties Magazine will be released in August, and the current issue will soon be available online as an e-zine on www.buyindianproperties.com.

The next series of Buy Indian Properties Exhibitions is planned for September in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Dallas, and New Jersey.
