BWI Holdings, Inc. Subsidiary Signs 3 Year Contract With Tarpon Structures

CALGARY, AB--(Marketwire - March 15, 2010) -   BWI Holdings, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: BWIH) announced today that its wholly owned subsidiary, Budget Waste Inc., located in Western Canada, is pleased to announce the signing of a three year contract with Tarpon Structures, a Division of Tarpon Energy Services Ltd. BWI will provide Roll off Bins, Frontload Bins, Portable Toilets, Water Trucks and Septic Services.

Tarpon's Structures division is a single-source supplier for steel building solutions.
