Today, the company released net sales of $16,028,000 for the second quarter of 2005, an increase of 29%, and net earnings of $350,000, an increase from the net loss of $203,000 in 2004. E-loan is trading up 35% today on 22 million shares traded. The company announced the signing of a definitive merger agreement under which Popular, Inc. will acquire 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock and common stock equivalents of E-loan for approximately $300 million.

GeoPharma announced today that they will hold their quarterly conference call to discuss June 30, 2005, quarterly results today at 11:00 a.m. In anticipation of today's results, shares have surged 30%. NetEase made a move in trading today, up 22%, eclipsing their 52-week high by $13.27.
