The company released yesterday, second quarter results ended June 30, 2005, which included a 346% revenue increase from the previous year. Depomed announced today that they have entered into a license agreement with Esprit Pharmaceuticals for Proquin. In return for exclusive rights to market and distribute Proquin XR in the United States and Puerto Rico, Esprit will pay Depomed a $50 million license fee. Currently the company is trading up 17%. Digital River today reported revenue of $51.1 million for the quarter ended June 30, 2005, a 47% increase from last year and a net income of $10.2 million, or $0.26 per share on a diluted basis.
