CHICAGO, IL--(Marketwired - February 13, 2014) - Due to overwhelming popular demand, Cardenas Marketing Network (CMN) -- the nation's leading multicultural event marketing agency -- has announced five new concert dates for Juan Gabriel's highly anticipated U.S. Tour, bringing the total number of shows in the nine-city tour to 12. Two new shows have been added in Los Angeles, while Denver, Oakland and Miami will also now host the legendary artist.
"The Divo de Juarez" is set to kick-off his tour in Chicago on Friday, April 4 at the Allstate Arena. See below for full schedule. Tickets to the tour were made available Jan. 30, and the Mexican icon virtually sold-out his two original shows in Los Angeles in just a few days.

The show will consist of a magical musical journey through Gabriel's formidable 45-year career with the mega star performing alongside his masterful Mariachi and orchestra, as well as dancers on a magnificent 360-degree stage.
Tickets for the new shows in Los Angeles and Miami will be available for the general public beginning Friday, Feb. 14 at 10AM, while tickets for the shows in Denver and Oakland will be made available beginning

Juan Gabriel is widely considered Mexico's most accomplished and versatile singer/songwriter and one of the best-selling Latin recording artists of all-time with over 100 million albums sold. His music spans a variety of genres, such as pop/rock, boleros, country and traditional Mexican -- including huapangos -- and has remained among the most popular in Latin America and Spain. His songs have also been recorded by renowned international artists such as Placido Domingo, Mana, Marc Anthony, Luis Miguel, Julio Iglesias, Vicente Fernandez, Alejandro Fernandez, and the late Rocio Durcal, among others.
His music has recently served as inspiration to the Mexican film, "Que Le Dijiste a Dios?," which premiered January 17 to wide acclaim. The film features 14 songs from Gabriel, including hits such as "El Noa Noa," "La Farsante," "No Me Vuelvo A Enamorar," and "Pero Que Necesidad."
