C-COM Reports Increase in Sales in its Second Quarter and Continued Profitability

OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - July 12, 2005) - C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:CMI) today announced revenues of $1,323,460 for the quarter ending May 31st, 2005 and a Net Profit (exclusive of stock option expensing) of $52,892 or 0.16 cents per share, compared with results from the same quarter last year, when total revenues were $1,246,253 and there was a net profit (less Option Expenses) of $43,795 or 0.14 cents per share.

The company continues to improve its sales and it has delivered its second consecutive profitable quarter this year. The company is also now reporting a Net Income (excluding option expense) of $107,189 year to date compared to the same period last year when there was a Net Loss (excluding option expenses) of $2,221.

For the two quarters ended May 31st, 2005 the company has increased sales by 12% achieving year to date sales for the two quarters ended May 31, 2005 of $2,494,816 compared with year to date sales for the two quarters ended May 31, 2004 of $2,226,034.

"We expect to see further sales increases for the balance of the fiscal year and are working towards continued profitability. The company continues to remain debt free.

The increased sales this quarter were the direct result of the wide acceptance and increased demand for the iNetVu Mobile platforms, which are becoming the platform of choice for satellite operators and resellers worldwide.

In the forthcoming quarters we will see the iNetVu Mobile being adapted to work with a number of new satellite service providers and capable of delivering increased bandwidth.
