C-Suite TV Offers Sneak Peek on Zombies, Millennials and Change Agents

February Programming for Best Seller TV Features Authors Peter Shankman, Dov Baron and Peter Friedman; Executive Perspectives Talks to David Pottruck and Peter Philippi

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Feb 10, 2015) - Best Seller TV and Executive Perspectives, two of the top online business shows on C-Suite TV, announced their February lineups. Best Seller TV episodes will feature interviews with business authors Peter Shankman, author of Zombie Loyalists, Dov Baron, author of Fiercely Loyal, and Peter Friedman, author of The CMO Social Media Handbook. Executive Perspectives episodes will showcase on-stage interviews with David Pottruck, former CEO and President of Charles Schwab, and Peter Philippi, CEO of Strategex.

Best Seller TV Episode Previews:
In his book, Zombie Loyalists: Using Great Service to Create Rabid Fans, author Peter Shankman defines the term "zombie loyalist" as a customer who is loyal to one brand all the time and gets their friends to engage in the same behavior. These customers are "zombies" to a specific brand because they are treated well and in turn, they are considered the brand's best customers. Shankman adds that one of the worst mistakes companies with an online social media presence can do is not respond to its customers.

Dov Baron, author of Fiercely Loyal, approaches the concept that millennials are now the future of business, and he shares strategies for retaining top talent, many of which are from the millennial generation. Baron argues that millennials need a mission, a vision and a purpose that's bigger than the company's bottom line.

Peter Friedman, author of The CMO's Social Media Handbook: A Step-by-Step Guide for Leading Marketing Teams in the Social Media World, shares how senior leaders can utilize social media as a place in which C-Suite leaders can foster an environment where customers can talk to each other and engage the brand to transform marketing for their brands. Through the use of social media, big companies can now reach their customer base not only socially, but locally and personally, too. C-suite executives, Friedman says, have realized the power of social media and the importance of the role of the CMO as a champion for all parts of the company, including determining and measuring its ROI.

All episodes of Best Seller TV will air throughout the month on C-Suite TV and will be hosted by TV personalities Taryn Winter Brill and Camilla Webster.

Executive Perspectives Episode Previews:
In Executive Perspectives, host Jeffrey Hayzlett talks to top business leaders live on stage at conferences around the country. In this month's episodes, Hayzlett connects with David Pottruck, former CEO and President of Charles Schwab, who shares his insights about being a "change agent" and what it means to both customers and corporations as they each search for predictability, reliability and minimization. Pottruck argues the deck is stacked against change but it's up to leaders to stack it in favor of change.

Strategex CEO, Peter Philippi, talks about using the 80/20 model to tell a story. The 80/20 model -- which is 80% of revenue comes from 20% of customers, often creates problems that lead to opportunities to completely transform a business.

Executive Perspectives episodes can be seen throughout the month on C-Suite TV.

Best-selling author, speaker, and former Fortune 100 CMO Jeffrey Hayzlett created C-Suite TV to give top-tier business authors a forum for sharing thought-provoking insights, in-depth business analysis, and their compelling personal narratives.

"This month, we're featuring a plethora of business savvy executives and authors that are extremely successful at what they do. Both shows will give viewers behind-the-scenes looks at their unparalleled expertise, which I know our business audience will appreciate," Hayzlett said. "These guests are at the top of their game and I can't wait for viewers to experience all of the information they have to offer."
