C-Suite TV's Best Seller TV to Feature Authors Andy Frawley and Dina Simon in November

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - Nov 11, 2014) - Best Seller TV, an online business show on C-Suite TV featuring one-on-one interviews with best-selling authors, today announced its November featured authors: Andy Frawley, author of Igniting Customer Connections, and Dina Simon, author of Make Unstoppable Simple: Creative Problem Solving in Life and Leadership.

The first episode, featuring Andy Frawley, airs today and will be hosted by best-selling author and former TV anchor Camilla Webster. The second episode, featuring Dina Simon, airs on Tuesday, November 25 and will be hosted by TV personality Taryn Winter Brill.

EPISODE 1: Best-Selling Author Andy Frawley Talks about Making Emotional Customer Connections

The first November episode of Best Seller TV features Epsilon President and best-selling author Andy Frawley, whose book talks about the explosion of digital channels and how they create numerous opportunities for brands to engage with customers on an emotional level. In order to help drive incremental performances, companies need to engage their customers by understanding who they are and make an emotional connection with them.

Frawley states that a crucial moment in the customer relationship comes when there's an "atomic moment of truth." The "atomic moment of truth" is the opportunity to create or destroy the value in a brand or customer relationship. Companies that implement a loyalty program to give their customers an added experience is a great example of this. Customers often walk away happy and are willing to share that information with their business and professional networks.

"Companies can ignite customer connections by understanding the things that predict experience and engagement. You need to determine who are the highly-engaged customers who are experiencing the brand a certain way," says Frawley. In the second episode of Best Seller TV, host and TV personality Taryn Winter Brill talks to author Dina Simon about her book Make Unstoppable Simple: Creative Problem Solving in Life and Leadership about how to define unstoppable and make unstoppable simple -- both in our personal and professional lives.

Dina Simon, President of Simon Says Give, provides a compelling account of her personal experiences of family tragedy at a young age and how those experiences helped her shape her life today, personally and professionally.
