C2C's Support KnowledgeBase Reaches the 400-Article Mark

Expansive Self-Service Portal Speeds Customers' Ability to Gain Greater Productivity and Optimize Efficiencies From C2C Products and Achieve Optimal Email Archiving, e-Discovery and Dispel PST or Dark Data Management

WESTBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwired - Oct 8, 2013) - C2C, a leading provider of email archiving and information management solutions, today announced that it has reached over 400 populated articles in its self-service 'KnowledgeBase' customer support portal. The KnowledgeBase is organized into logical categories and ranges from topics such as getting started with email archiving or migrating and upgrading, to step-by-step examples for common administration functions including writing a policy. All guides are backed with logical, sequential screenshots.

Customers can suggest new articles; they can download manuals and release notes, and they can log a support request directly from the portal. Andy Brinsford, of the Donkey Sanctuary, a UK charity who recently installed C2C's ArchiveOne used KnowldegeBase to support their recent migration and supplement their knowledge. "Migrating to Microsoft Exchange 2010 from 2003 whilst not overly complex, is a manually intensive process," commented Brinsford. "C2C themselves produced a valuable series of knowledge based articles detailing best practices on how to successfully migrate."

C2C's KnowledgeBase is provided free of charge to all C2C customers with active maintenance contracts.

"We have invested significantly to provide our customers with one of the largest archiving and e-Discovery knowledge bases available in the industry today," Dave Hunt, CEO, C2C commented. "This empowerment brings hints and tips to their fingertips with an easy to use portal. Feedback has been positive and we will continue to add new 'how to' papers on a regular basis."

Internal reporting on the most popular downloads from within the portal suggests that articles relating to PST management remain the most utilized KnowledgeBase content to date.
