C.A. Bancorp Inc. Announces Change in Name to Crosswinds Holdings Inc.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Sept. 23, 2014) - C.A. Bancorp Inc. ("C.A. Bancorp" or the "Company") (TSX:BKP) today announced that it has changed its name to "Crosswinds Holdings Inc."

The Company's shareholders approved the name change at the Company's annual and special meeting held in June 2014. All materials necessary to effect the name change are expected to be filed with the Toronto Stock Exchange ("TSX") in the coming days and it is anticipated that the Company's common shares will begin trading on the TSX under its new name and trading symbol "CWI" shortly thereafter. The CUSIP number for the Company's common shares will also change on or about that date to 227696101.
